It's clear that all of us—creators, distributors, and consumers—need to be connected more powerfully. By collaborating, we can create a new model that will strengthen the entire industry. By working together, we can amplify our impact.

This is why the ACA was born.

The Beginning

Launched in September 2013, the Avid Customer Association (ACA) brings together the people dedicated to proactively shaping the future of the industry. It is a formalized, customer run-and-led organization designed to foster deep collaboration between Avid and the industry professionals passionate about tackling the challenges and opportunities in front of us.

Create the Future Together

The ACA creates a deeper level of engagement between Avid and its customers, partners, and users. It enables Avid to communicate better with community members—and understand how to best support the things that matter to them.
In addition, ACA Members have opportunities to network with peers, identify industry trends and challenges, try out the new things Aid has in the works, and provide feedback.
